We hand make, label, and package our products so we can't compete with amazon when it comes to next day delivery unfortunately.

Usually it takes us 2-3 days at most to put an order together for you.

From there, within Central Canada and North-Mid USA, shipping times are 1-3 business days.

For Eastern/Western Canada, and Southern USA, shipping times are generally 3-7 business days.

For International orders, shipping times vary but generally are 7-10 business days.

We do our best to get orders out asap but sometimes we run out of stock and need to make more on the fly! We will do our best to keep you updated if this occurs.

The more we grow, the cheaper shipping gets which is awesome and I pass those savings right back to you. So share Bios with a friend lets give shipping the 🖕 together lol. 

I live in America

Shipping might seem high compared to what you're used to and unfortunately it's never been super cheap to ship to the US. 

With all the tariff changes in 2025, it got even crazier. 

We charge $17.95 USD, but it actually costs us $19+USD per order. I recommend hitting that $90 USD Free Shipping threshold and you'll save a bunch. 

As with Canada, the more we grow, the more it makes sense for us to work with a fulfilment centre in the US and get those costs down.

For now, the best thing you can do is share Bios with a plant friend and we'll handle the rest 💚
