De Minimas was a system in place at the border where if product value doesn't exceed $2,000 it could be shipped from Canada to USA with no duties, fees, or tariffs. 

Now, literally any package is subject to inspection, duties, fees, and tariffs no matter it's value.

UNLESS...you can prove with great detail that your products are manufactured in Canada, USA, or Mexico. 

The free-trade agreement between Canada & USA still exists under something called CUSMA.

We've put a ton of time and energy pulling together :

• every single ingredient for each of our products,
• spec sheets to show where they are manufactured
• Manufacturing outline to show process
• Receipts from our supplier to prove purchases

Our first draft of the CUSMA document was not sufficient and we had a lot of returns.

We've sent a few packages recently with our updated CUSMA document and are awaiting to see what happens. We should hopefully be able to resume US shipments by October 15th. 

You can place an order if you'd like but please know it may be a while. If you get tired of waiting we will refund you no problem so no stress there. 

Otherwise just hold off. If you can get access to other great products locally I won't be offended! It's a weird time and we're doing our best to get it sorted for you because we love being able to provide Bios to our US family 💚
