How To Use
How To Use
1. Mix with water (highly recommended to add Yucca Extract or Herbal Plant Soap to help sticking power)
2. Spray both sides of leaves thoroughly top to bottom and the entire plant stem to the soil.
3. Sprinkle generously on top of soil. This will increase aeration and supplement roots.
4. Let the DE dry on your leaves and keep on for up to 2 weeks. Inspect your plant babies after the first week and reapply if needed, it will never burn your plants!
5. Wipe off with cloth or take your plants to the shower on watering day 🛀
Adding Diatomaceous Earth to your soil is an amazing way to add water soluble silica (water soluble means your plants can absorb it easily!). Silica for plants is like calcium for our bones. It helps strengthen stems and leaf structure which can actually help with pest resistance.
As an added bonus, diatomaceous adds aeration to your soil encouraging strong roots.
To add Diatomaceous Earth to your soil mixes, add 1-3 tablespoons per gallon of soil.
DO NOT use when beneficial insects are present.
